My love for real estate started when I was 10 and converted the family chicken coop into a duplex playhouse, graduating to projects in London when I worked for British Airways. I renovated my first London flat, then a boy's 1930's private school into my home, which included demolishing the WWII air raid shelter ( 20 tons of rubble!). I have built new homes, renovated commercial buildings, and enjoyed numerous landscaping projects. My 10 years in England taught me the wonder of gardening and appreciation for Mother Earth. I always loved my Chatham home town for its natural beauty and wonderful childhood it gave me. I have staged many homes for sale for my clients. I know what it is to put a lot of "blood, sweat and tears" into a home, then sell it, pack up, and find another home to love. Life includes change and I help you hold the rudder steady during your journey. I enjoy marketing Cape Cod listings and selling properties from cottages to castles, working with first time buyers, investors, retirement homes, summer homes. I have represented Sellers or Buyers since 1986 years with professional integrity, marketing experience and local knowledge on your side.
